A Vintage Persian Sarabend Runner (315 x 100cm). A village weave from West Persia, Sarabend on the outskirts of Hamadan. The centre of the field is an allover coral tone, throughout the field are a series of Botehs ( Paisley Symbols). These symbols represent fertility. The runner is framed with an attractive ivory border. Ideal for both a contemporary and traditional setting. Woven in the 70's the runner is in brand new condition.
