Lawsons Estate Services offers a comprehensive service from start to finish tailored to meet the needs of the individual or group. From initial discussion and appraisal whether an informal auction sale estimate or a written probate or family division valuation we are able to assist in estate planning in an efficient and timely manner.

Should the need for a disposal by auction sale arise we can offer a broom clean service if required. We can assist with arranging transportation of goods to be consigned to the saleroom and the clearance of non-saleable items to a charitable organisation or recycling centre.

Upon receipt at the saleroom an agency agreement is prepared and an itemised inventory is mailed to the vendor. Following the sale, payment collected from the buyer is held in our trust account and a cheque accompanies the settlement statement showing results acheived and is posted out within ten days of the auction.
