Current Vintage 2017
Just released this wine has already started to collect a string of accolades.
This Sauvignon Blanc already has an outstanding pedigree for its short history, with two trophy winning vintages behind it. You will find delightful aromatics with hints of white pear, gooseberries and jasmine. The wine is alive and dancing on the palate with a finely textured entry of nectarines and lime zest, striking a perfect balance between generosity and focus; driven by viscous natural acidity and flavours of lychees, brioche and cashews, finishing with a stone fruit burst.
20% barrel fermented and sur lie for two months.
Cellaring: 2021, or drink now for freshness
'Quite lip smacking and tasty' – Huon Hooke, #4 of 19 tasted
